REC Day Kickboxing

Instructors

  • Mykala Anglin
    Mykala is a master-level Pink Gloves Boxing instructor who enjoys its empowering, challenging, and community-building aspects. She also loves to learn, stay active, and creating a safe, happy, and inspiring environment for patrons!
  • Katie Iverson
    Katie is both a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for UREC who believes exercise is for all people! She loves to motivate and help people discover their capabilities, strength, and energy through physical activity, be it weight training or kickboxing!
