SPEAKER: Welcome back to Week in Advance, my name is Aronn from WSU Global Connections. Let’s take a look at all the student involvement opportunities coming our way for the week of April 7th through the 13th.
This week’s spotlight is happening on Thursday, April 11th at 4pm Pacific, join us for a virtual workshop on Tokenism.
Tokenism plays a part in our everyday lives, including in the media, so the purpose of this workshop is to help educate and identify these issues.
Then be sure to check out all the other events happening this week.
Like on Monday at 12pm, join Project Mindfulness for a facilitated mindfulness practice session.
Then on Wednesday at 5:30pm, learn to make bath bombs, just in time for a homemade Mother’s Day gift.
Finally, on Thursday at 6pm, see how the Global Campus Student Government runs by attending their Executive Board Meeting.
