SPEAKER: Welcome back to a very special Week in Advance, my name is Aronn from WSU Global Connections. Let’s take a look at all the student involvement opportunities coming our way during the Spring Week of Welcome!
This week’s spotlight is happening between January 8th through the 12th. Kicking us off on January 8th at 5pm Pacific is the New Student Welcome Session. Learn about making the transition to university, navigating the Cougar community, and utilizing support when you need it.
Also on Monday, right after the New Student Welcome Session, join us at 6pm for a Trivia Game Night. Test your WSU knowledge and win awesome prizes!
Then on Tuesday January 9th at 6pm, learn about all the free services that are available to Global Campus students at our Resource Panel.
On Wednesday at 5pm, Week of Welcome continues with a fun night of Bingo, hosted by the Global Campus student government.
Then on Thursday, January 11th at 6pm, discover all about student involvement and connect with fellow Cougs at our Involvement Panel.
Finally, on Friday at noon, please join us in giving back to the community with Caring Cougar Cards. This systemwide service project brings together every WSU campus and connects us with people in need. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to make a difference, sign up by January 1st to get supplied with materials.
