SPEAKER: Welcome to Week in Advance, my name is Aronn from WSU Global Connections. Let’s take a look at all the student involvement opportunities coming our way for the week of October 15th to the 21st.
This week’s spotlight is on October 17th, as Student Advisor Chris Miller walks us through everything we need to do to find the right career.
With all of the options available to WSU grads, how do you find a job that balances your interests, skills, and values?
Well, find out with me at 6:30pm on Tuesday as Chris walks us through his favorite career interest tools and shares the best practices on how to save time when searching for the perfect career.
Also be sure to check out the other events happening this week. On Monday at 4pm is Kahoot and Chat presented by the WSU LGBTQ Club.
Then on Wednesday at 6pm is Cougs and Cubs: An Evening of Books and Activities for the whole family.
Finally on Thursday at 5pm, find out how diversity unites us in the workshop: Understanding Cultural Boundaries: Appreciation, Not Appropriation.
