David R. Cillay is the Vice President of Academic Outreach and Innovation at Washington State University. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Global Outreach at Washington State University, following a tenure as Director of Instructional Development and Technology at the Center for Distance and Professional Education. 

Morgan is the President of ASWSU Global and the Chair of the WSU Student Government Council. Previously, she served as the Director of Legislative Affairs and as a Senator on ASWSU Global. She believes that student input is crucial in achieving ASWSU Global’s mission. She is currently a senior and is pursuing a degree in social sciences. Morgan is a native of Vancouver, Washington.
