DREAM Book Club
Join us for the DREAM Book Club!
The mission of the DREAM book club is to educate students in the importance of diversity and equity to better prepare students for the work force. The goal is to introduce different prospective on multiculturalism and the importance of the knowledge gained from the books selected.
We will read the first couple of chapters and meet over the semester to discuss what we are gaining from the book selected (Driven By Difference).
David Livermore’s Driven by Difference: How Great Companies Fuel Innovation through Diversity examines the importance of developing effective management practices to guide diverse teams to innovation, with a new view on diversity “as a treasure trove, rich with innovative solutions waiting to be mined”.
