Mindful Movement

This seminar will focus on techniques for being mindful of the body during activity. Sometimes termed “active meditation”, drawing attention to the body during movement may allow you to better understand your body and different signals. Learn some basic breathing techniques for stress reduction as well as some techniques to use on your next walk!
