Journaling is often cited as a tool that can potentially improve mental health. But, what exactly is journaling, and why could it be beneficial? Join WSU Health Promotion in this short webinar as they provide insight and answer your questions on journaling as it relates to mental health. Andrew will also share tips on how to get started on your own journal.
Global Campus students who register for the webinar will receive a mini notebook set in the mail. In addition, two lucky Global students who attend the event will receive a new, full-sized journal in the mail.
