A Principles based & Philosophically Informed Approach to Fitness

This seminar will take topics from different philosophies to highlight a holistic approach to movement and fitness. Informed by different philosophies such as Buddhism, Stoicism, Confucianism, and Yogi principles, this will be an open conversation about what it means to connect with our body in a way that only a conscious being can.
