The distinguished keynote speaker of WSU’s Week of Women in STEM is Gerri Martin-Flickinger, the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Starbucks.  Under her leadership, Starbucks Technology is focused on delivering innovative, cloud-based and digital solutions that empower partners and delight customers globally.  Prior to Starbucks, Gerri served as Chief Information Officer at Adobe, VeriSign, Network Associates, Inc. and McAfee Associates, Inc.  A ’85 graduate of WSU with a B.S. in Computer Science, Gerri will discuss how she overcame challenges in her career and give advice to those interested in pursuing a career in STEM.
