Mental Health Wellbeing Workshop

Join us to frame our mental health with acceptance and commitment to specific actions with guest host and Wellness Coordinator Shane McFarland! We will explore a set of new software programs available to students through WSU. These activities aim to provide you with an evidence-based lens to view internal and external thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
