This workshop will explore topics of grief and loss during the Covid-19 pandemic including but not limited to: loss of or delay in employment, transitioning to working and taking classes from home, changes in educational experiences, especially practical hands-on training, missing or delaying milestones, loss or reduction of typical supports and social interaction, loss of personal identity and sickness or loss of a friend or family member. We will discuss different coping strategies related to this topic as well as skills for navigating grief.
