Wellbeing Online: Stress & Anxiety
With as many daily obligations as we all have, stress and anxiety can be a regular occurrence. It can also be one of the biggest factors in academic struggles, relationship issues, and our health. This workshop talks about different kinds of stress, how to identify sources of stress, and basic stress management techniques.
Wellbeing Online: Sexual Health
One-hour workshop includes discussion of common symptoms and facts of STI's. Throughout the workshop, students will acquire the skills necessary to determine the risk of contracting a STI and explain how barrier methods can help prevent the spread of STI's.

Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid consists of a 2-hour pre-work session followed by a 6-hour training that teaches skills to help someone who is experiencing a mental health crisis. This training is available to all WSU students, faculty, and staff on any campus or location. Pre-registration is required and course seating is limited.
