Pathways to Wellness

Through our non-credit Pathways to Wellness program, you’ll embark on a transformative journey to uncover your true self, enhance your wellbeing, and develop the skills to uplift those around you. Through personality assessments, engaging workshops, and reflective practices, you’ll be empowered to thrive in both your personal and professional life. Completing the program also earns you a graduation cord as recognition of your achievement.

Program Overview

1. Evaluate Work Scenarios OR Understand Your Personality

  • Use the What Color is Your Parachute framework to explore potential job scenarios and connect them to your personality traits.
  • Assess your Big 5 personality traits using the provided framework and apply these insights to your career and life choices.

2. Attend Workshops

Participate in at least two workshops focused on mindfulness, AI, fitness, or similar topics to develop skills supporting your well-being.

3. Choose a Specialized Workshop

Select and attend a workshop like Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), Overdose Prevention, or another approved option to deepen your ability to support others.

4. Reflect on Your Experience

Write a short (1–2 page) reflection on how the program has enhanced your self-understanding and prepared you to contribute to your community.

5. Submit for Completion

Submit your reflection and final survey to receive your badge and graduation cord.
