MLK Caring Cougar Cards
“Everybody can be great because everybody can serve.”― Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Observing MLK Day by Giving Back to Your Community
Each year, the WSU community honors the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through acts of service and kindness. One of our most meaningful traditions, the Caring Cougar Cards project, invites WSU students, faculty, staff, and alumni to create greeting cards filled with messages of encouragement and compassion.
These cards are shared with community partners such as local hospital, youth shelters, assisted living homes, and charitable organizations to spread hope, connection, and Cougar spirit throughout our communities.
