Upon returning from his trip to Italy, Chef Jamie Callison of WSU’s School of Hospitality Business Management will show you how to create a selection of simple and flavorful dishes from the region of Tuscany. With an emphasis on seasonal ingredients and recipes that require minimal cooking, Chef’s menu will give you an elegant dinner with minimal effort.
