This training is open to anyone, but is targeted to students, to educate them on their rights under federal Title IX legislation and regulations. Title IX prohibits discrimination based on sex, and members of the university community have the right to receive supportive measures and participate in grievance procedures for situations involving sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault.
