Cougs Navigate Time, Stress, and Mindfulness

Stress and anxiety are among the most reported challenges students at WSU experience. This can have negative effects on academic performance and persistence. Time management, stress management, and mindfulness activities have been shown to improve performance and persistence in school. This workshop will be tailored to the needs of the participants.
