Involvement Points
Involvement points at WSU Global Campus are designed to make your campus life more engaging and rewarding. Every time you participate in an activity—whether it be a club meeting, webinar, workshop, special event, or even a simple survey—you can earn points that you can later redeem for WSU swag.
The program encourages students to connect, learn, and grow while building lasting relationships in the Global Campus community.
Graduation Cords
Through the graduation cords program at WSU Global Campus, you have the chance to be recognized for your engagement, leadership, and community spirit. Each cord is braided in colors that reflect the mission and values of its sponsoring club or organization, celebrating achievements in areas such as academic excellence, service, wellness, first-generation success, literary enrichment, advocacy, and more. You can view the graduation cords on our website.
By attending at least six club meetings or events, you become eligible to earn a cord that you can proudly wear at commencement. More than a symbol, your cord represents your dedication to growth, inclusion, and solidarity, while fostering pride, unity, and lasting connection with your fellow graduates.
Skill-Building Programs
Through WSU Global Campus’ skill-building programs, you have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally with engaging, non-credit experiences. These programs are designed to help you build real-world skills such as leadership, ethical decision-making, and emotional intelligence while giving you the chance to apply what you learn through collaborative activities, case studies, and guided self-reflection.
You can take part in programs like leadership, wellness, and Pathway to Coug Day, with new opportunities such as Principles of A.L.O.H.A. and Green Zone. When you complete a program, you’ll earn a certificate, cord, and digital badge to recognize your growth and commitment. By participating, you take important steps toward creating balance, purpose, and lasting impact in your career, community, and beyond.
