This yoga class will focus on adaptable flow sequences and floor poses that energize the body, increase awareness in both mind and body, and leave everyone feeling rejuvenated.
Adaptive Yoga adapts the instruction and practice of yoga to each body in a safe and comfortable way. Traditional poses are tailored to the physical body, rather than fitting and forcing the body into a particular pose and shape. Along with breathing, props such as blankets, chairs, yoga straps and blocks help meet the unique needs of individuals with different abilities.
