SUMMARY:Mental Health Outreach: Grief Surrounding the Loss of ”Normal”
DESCRIPTION:This workshop will explore topics of grief and loss during the Covid-19 pandemic including but not limited to: loss of or delay in employment\, transitioning to working and taking classes from home\, changes in educational experiences\, especially practical hands-on training\, missing or delaying milestones\, loss or reduction of typical supports and social interaction\, loss of personal identity and sickness or loss of a friend or family member. We will discuss different coping strategies related to this topic as well as skills for navigating grief. \nThis workshop is in collaboration with WSU Clinical Psychology Graduate Student Organization (CPGSO).
