SUMMARY:VIRTUAL - Build and Sell Yourself (Tier II/Crimson Pathway II: Exploration: Building Your Market Value)
DESCRIPTION:Build and Sell – The two primary parts of any business are building and selling a product to customers. This workshop will allow students to see themselves as a business and create strategies to build and sell themselves to potential employers. Personally “Building” oneself will consist of self-reflection\, degree/major selection\, creating personal market value\, and creating leverage from unique personalities\, skills\, and strengths in the workplace. The second half of the workshop will consist of personally “Selling” oneself by being themselves within professional networks\, communicating a personal story\, increasing employer engagements\, creating a unique resume and cover letter\, and using curiosity to expand networks! \n  \nFor CREDIT\, attend for entire workshop. Instructor will provide instruction to amplifier team removing students who were not present the entire workshop
