DESCRIPTION:This educational webinar will provide information about the protections that employees and job applicants have under the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act. This law prohibits gender pay discrimination and promotes fairness among workers by addressing business policies and practices that contribute to income disparities between genders. The webinar will be a 50-minute presentation by the equal pay specialist from the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.
