Our energy levels will soar while we increase cardiovascular endurance! \nZumba can be adapted for people of all abilities! Adaptive Zumba can be done using upper body movements from a seated position. People with various mobility issues can easily adapt Zumba’s movements to fit their ability and range of motion. \nThis event is part of WSU Access Center’s Third Annual Disability Awareness Symposium\, Fitness for All: Inclusive Fitness and Sport.
