Wellbeing Online

Dedicated to helping you develop skills that foster a happy, balanced life by taking a holistic approach to healthy living. 

We offer mindfulness sessions and relationship care and maintenance sessions by appointment.

You can also book one-on-one recovery coaching, or learn about overdose prevention and get Narcan training by emailing: cougs.forrecovery@wsu.edu

Cougs and Cubs: We Are All Connected

We’re excited to invite you and your family to a Book Night under the stars. Join us on Zoom where we will be reading, We Are All Connected: Taking care of each other & the earth, written by Gabi Garcia. Immerse yourselves in the magic of storytelling as we come together to explore caring for each other and the earth. We Are All Connected reminds us that it is up to all of us to care for each other and the earth. When we celebrate differences, stand up for each other and work together, the world is a better place. That’s not all – we’ve prepared an engaging activity that will make the evening even more special.

LGBTQ+ Club Public Meeting

May 7th @ 3:00 PM PT

The WSU Global Campus LGBTQ+ Club invites you to attend our safe and inclusive space. In our public Zoom meeting this month, we will all be bringing short presentations to share with each other, reflect on the year that has passed, laugh, and get together one last time before summer. Here are some examples:

Get ready for an evening of fun, excitement, and friendly competition as we dive into a series of themed Kahoot games! 

Multiple Themes: From pop culture to history, science to movies, and beyond – we’ve got a variety of themes lined up to test your knowledge and spark your curiosity.

We’re excited to invite you and your family to a Book Night under the stars. Join us on Zoom where we will be reading, All Kinds of Families, written by Suzanne Lang. Immerse yourselves in the magic of storytelling as we come together to explore all types of families. This event will teach your little ones about lots of nontraditional family structures. Kids will love finding their own family represented, no matter if they have two moms, one grandpa, or just a cousin named Doug. That’s not all – we’ve prepared an engaging activity that will make the evening even more special.

We’re excited to invite you and your family to a Book Night under the stars. Join us on Zoom where we will be reading, Kindness makes you stronger, written by Elizabeth Cole. Immerse yourselves in the magic of storytelling as we come together to explore kindness. This book follows Nick on his grandparents’ farm with his new friends – funny animals that don’t behave nicely. Having faced a great challenge our little hero manages to teach his new friends the power of kindness, caring and compassion. That’s not all – we’ve prepared an engaging activity that will make the evening even more special.
